LOCAL DELIVERY

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-5 business days for in stock items, and within 4 weeks of ordering for "out of stock"/backorders. There may be things out of our control, but we will do our best to provide you your product in a timely manner. Our primary shipping provider is USPS Priority Mail 2 - 7 days. Currently, we do not ship outside of United States of America at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any orders over $100.00 will include Free Shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently we don't offer international shipping. Sorry for any inconvenience this might bring.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus a flat $15.00 shipping cost for the return shipment.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bextremedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
